Dr. Neelam Agarwal is a Faculty Member and Program Coordinator of the WorkAbility III program at the College of Alameda, supporting employment opportunities for people with disabilities. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from UTEP and has extensive experience advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her work includes developing STEM programs for students with disabilities, securing major funding, and publishing research on disability accommodation in education. She leads the “CapABLE Voices” project and advises graduate students on equity-centered decision-making and design thinking.
