Dr. Guadalupe Corral has extensive experience evaluating externally funded training programs with different target populations, such as students, faculty, and community members. She is the Director of the Research Assessment and Evaluation Services (REAS) center at UTEP, where she oversees the design and implementation of all the evaluation activities carried out by the REAS team (i.e., designing measures, data collection using quantitative and qualitative methods, statistical analyses, qualitative analyses, database management, presenting results, etc.). The REAS portfolio includes formative and summative evaluations for over 50 programs, with a combined award of approximately $120 million, by federal, state, and local agencies and organizations.
